    At the end of April, Hokaido came up with a custom screw Roots unit, and today we'll share the basics of this customer and product, product usage.
     

    The customer was introduced by an old customer, a chemical plant that makes an additive in the raw materials of lithium batteries. Products are mainly supplied to automotive power battery raw material manufacturers. The purchase of vacuum pumps is designed to be used in vacuum dewatering processes, whereas corrosive liquids are produced during the dewatering of their raw materials, so screw pumps are the best choice.
     

    But the process of our cooperation has not been as smooth as it says.

    Because the customer was unable to provide specific parameters at first, there was no way to plan for him. Later, after internal discussions and negotiations, we provided 2 old screw pumps for customers to do tests, in the process of testing and customers continue to communicate to help customers solve problems.
     

    After two months of testing with our old screw pump, the customer finally came up with detailed parameters. Based on this parameter, we have designed a screw Roots vacuum solution for our customers, which is what you see now.

    This screw Roz vacuum unit solves a long-standing problem for the customer chemical plant. In the absence of a way for the customer to provide specific parameters, thank the team did not give up on this, but choose the "curve to save the country" approach, and ultimately bring customers a satisfactory solution.
