Roots rotary unit：

The roots rotary unit is a combination of a roots pump as the main pump and a rotary vane vacuum pump as the backing pump, equipped with filters, a control box and corresponding pipes and valves, becoming a new type of vacuum pumping equipment. This unit will make up for the insufficiency of original vacuum pump.

Roots rotary unit advantages:

Increase pumping capacity -  a Roots vacuum pump can increase the total (instantaneous) pumping capacity.

Increase the service life - roots vacuum pump can reduce the temperature rise of the vacuum pump,making the pump no overheat; can reduce the running time of the vacuum pump; if adding a buffer tank and air filter,it can reduce foreign matter and micro-granular solids into the vacuum pump.

Eliminating returning oil problem of the pump  - the unit is designed with a oil-repellent structure. When the entire pumping device is stopped, the vacuum pump oil will not return to the sucked container.
