    Common fault one: the vacuum pump cannot be started

    4. Pump oil temperature is lower than 10 °C - heat the vacuum pump or use other types of vacuum pump oil;

    7. The pump is stuck - repair the pump.

    Common fault two: the vacuum pump can not reach the limit pressure

    1. The measurement method or regulation is not suitable - use the correct measurement method and regulation / directly measure the vacuum at the inlet of the pump;
    2. Anti-return valve failure - maintenance of anti-return valve;
    3. Exhaust valve failure - maintenance of exhaust valve;
    4. Vacuum pump oil is not suitable - oil change (if necessary, the oil is degassed);
    5. The air inlet is polluted - cleaning the pumping pipe;
    6. The pumping speed of the pump is too small - confirm the system parameters, if necessary, change the pump.


    Common fault three: the pumping speed is too slow
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods:
    1. The air inlet or intake pipe is blocked - cleaning the intake pipe (installing a debris filter in front of the air inlet can prevent such failures);
    2. The exhaust filter is blocked - replace the filter;
    3. The diameter of the connected vacuum tube is too small or the pipe is too long - use a pipe with a large enough diameter or a short connecting pipe.

    Common fault four: after stopping the pump, the pressure in the pumped container rises too fast
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods:
    1. The vacuum system has a leak - check the system;
    2. Anti-return valve failure - maintenance of anti-return valve.
    Common fault five: the temperature of the vacuum pump is too high during operation
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods:
    1. The air required for the cooling pump is blocked - the vacuum pump should be installed correctly (there should be enough space at the rear of the motor);
    2. The ambient temperature of the pump is too high - reduce the ambient temperature, the maximum allowable ambient temperature is 40 °C;
    3. The temperature of the pumped gas is too high - change the process;
    4. The oil level is too low - refueling;
    5. The oil is not suitable - oil change;
    6. The circulation of vacuum pump oil is blocked - clear or maintenance of the oil inlet;
    7. The exhaust filter or exhaust pipe is blocked - replace the filter core, clean the exhaust pipe;
    8. Exhaust valve failure - repair exhaust valve;
    9. The pump chamber is worn - replace the pump chamber components.


    Common fault six: oil is found in vacuum pipes or pumped containers
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods:
    1. The oil comes from the vacuum system - check the vacuum system;
    2. Anti-return valve failure - cleaning or repairing the anti-return valve;
    3. The sealing surface of the anti-return oil valve is worn or too dirty - cleaning or repairing the air inlet and the anti-return oil valve;
    4. The oil level is too high - let go of the excess pump oil.

    Common fault seven: vacuum pump oil turbidity, emulsification
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods: condensable gas condensation degassing or oil change of oil and flushing the pump chamber can prevent such problems by opening the ballast valve in advance.

    Common fault eight: the noise of the vacuum pump is too large
    Possible causes and corresponding repair methods:
    1. The oil level is too low (the oil can no longer be seen in the observation window) - refueling;
    2. The silencer hole is blocked - cleaning or replacing the silencer hole components;
    3. The pressure of the inlet is too high - reduce the pressure of the inlet;
    4. The internal oil mist filter is blocked - cleaning or replacing the oil mist filter;
    5. Elastic coupling body wear - replace a new elastic coupling body;
    6. Damage to blades or bearings - repair the pump.
