The vortex vacuum pump is a new generation of oil-free mechanical pumps that have evolved from vortex compressors.
As a high-tech product, vortex vacuum pump in the design, production have a very high technical content. The product itself has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing and high extreme vacuum, and in application, it has the characteristics of low operating cost, long working life, good reliability and low noise. In the field of oil-free cleaning applications have an incomparable advantage, so the market is highly respected.
How it works
The working cavity of the vortex vacuum pump consists of a pair of wire conjugated vortex disc side meshing mounts. A vortex disk is a vortex disk-shaped structure with one or more progressive spiral grooves open on the surface of the disk. A static vortex disk and a dynamic vortex disk are interlaced and assembled together, and the phase difference of 180 degrees is guaranteed by the anti-rotation mechanism between the dynamic and static disks, so that a pair of vortex disk vices constitute the pumping mechanism of the oil-free vortex vacuum pump.
The static vortex disk and the dynamic vortex disk contact each other in several straight lines (several points on the cross-section) to form several pairs of crescent-shaped closed cavity, the vortex vortex disk under the drive of the crankshaft around the static vortex disk of the vortex center movement, contact points along the vortex surface movement to achieve inhalation, compression and exhaust.
Driven by the motor, every turn of the crankshaft, there is a new set of crescent closed cavity formation, in order to achieve the vortex vacuum pump inhalation, compression, exhaust cycle, the pumped gas to form an inclusive and mandatory transport.
Applications
In the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, food packaging, biological products, mass spectrometry analysis, electron microscope, surface analysis, scientific research, laboratories, gas recovery and other fields have a wide range of applications.
